All ads submitted to us, are personally moderated prior to being displayed on the website.
We will occassionally check an ads viability by making contact with the ad submitter.
We accept no liability whatsoever with regards to ads submitted to the site and all ads submitted and accepted by us, are accepted in good faith with the belief that the land is legally entitled to be advertised for sale or for rent. Should we discover otherwise, we will instantly and completely remove any such ad and block further ads from both the offending IP address and email.
- Land Wanted Ads.
By submitting a land wanted ad, we ask out of etiquette that any queries received through Primeacres.co.uk are acknowledged and replied to, that any wanted ad is adjusted as no longer being searched for OR deleted once suitable land has been located wither via this site or elsewhere..
- Our rights.
We reserve the right to remove any ad for sale, any ad for rent or ad for land wanted, from the Primeacres.co.uk website at any time, without notice.
We will only take this action if we believe an ad has been placed illegally, the land is not actually available for sale or available to rent, the ad is not relevent to the Primeacres website etc.
We will also only remove an ad should we believe that an ad has been submitted for spam or fraudulent intentions OR as a link to unrelated topics or services and spam. Quite simply, any ad submitted to the Primeacres.co.uk directory that is submitted for any purpose OTHER than UK and EU land for sale, for rent or wanted, then we will instantly remove such ads from our database BEFORE they are published.
- It's completely FREE to advertise your land for sale, land for rent or land wanted ad in our land directory.
CHARGES - Only Featured ads will incure a charge at this time. - Featured Ads are available only on request = (£5 per day with a maximum featured time of 30 days and 30 days break during busy periods to allow other ads to be featured. All featured ads receive full view on the home page available to registered directory users only)

Only one ad can be featured at any one time on the site and they operate on a first come first served basis with advanced bookings available.

Featured ads cannot be personally edited onsite by the advertiser.
All featured ads content will be extracted from the regular ad on the site in the directory.
If a regular ad is edited and the same ad is featured, then a request must be forwarded to us and we will apply any required editing to the home page details only and these will coincide with what is on the regular ad.
We accept land adverts from very small garage plots to land estates.
- Land size is not a problem, we welcome ads from the smallest garden plot to the biggest estate.
- UK Land must be located in either England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland or any of the UK postcoded surrounding islands.
- EU land must be located and registered within the legal boundaries of European Land Legislation.
- We accept ads from both private land owners and agents acting on behalf of land owners plus business ads.

Once you have registered you can then submit an ad for sale, for rent or for land wanted, you can also join the forums that are new and waiting to get busy. Once you have set up your login details, you can then come back to the site as and when you please, have a look around, submit articles, add to the forums or just see what's new on the site.
Requirements before Submitting an Ad to Prime Acres.co.uk
- Ads can only be submitted after registering and confirming your email address with the site.
- Any ad that is submitted without registration or confirmation, will be deleted.
Registration procedure and submitting an ad. - After submitting your registration, we then send you an email that you will need to acknowledge in order to activate your login on Primeacres.co.uk.
You do not have to log in straight away but you will need to activate your log in email asap to avoid a timeout.
Registration Timeouts result in the email address and username being blocked from the site. - Once you have activated your login via the email, you can then login and submit an ad anytime afterwards.
- To protect the directory from spam attacks, all ads, web links, email addresses and articles are fully moderated.
- Once you activate our acknowlegment email accepting your ad, you will then have full access to your advert, including full content editing plus image renewals and updates if required.
